The Hydrachill Regen Story
In 2010 Hydrachill Ltd launched the world’s first combined 2-in-1 Water and bottle dispensing machine, appropriately at the Discovery Museum Newcastle.
In ensuing years, the model established an unequalled industry reputation for Intrinsic reliability
As evidence, most Original models still remain in action, including the original Discovery Museum Newcastle machine.
Their durability and popularity has proved exceptional; some machines have exceeded a million vends.
Maintained and serviced by Hydrachill Ltd, these Originals have proved Hydrachills own ‘Triggers broom’
Since 2022 Hydrachill Ltd has launched a new generation of water dispensers
1. Our New Generation unit, replacing the Original model with advanced hi-tec features, including remote machine and screen content management capability.
2. Our economic and space efficient Mural wall mounted dispensers, capable of both internal and external installation, with optional canopy
3. Our latest mid-range Hydrachill Duo with Freestanding or Table Top adaptability.
For existing customers wishing to invest in new units and remain part of the Hydrachill family, we have a trade in and collection arrangement, which also prevents the Original machines from otherwise being scrapped for waste.
Of major assistance has been Hydrachill Ltd’s investment in specialised workshop facilities, enabling us to recover and refurbish even the most heavily used Originals, to pristine condition. Our in-house ‘Triggers Broom’ facility!
These refurbished machines can be fully custom-rebranded and are typically offered to schools or favoured customers at a fraction of the price of new machines. Machines can be reconfigured as either 2-in-I water and bottle, or water only.

The principle has proved a resounding success, particulalrly in schools, with numerous live and working examples:
In 2023 leading Cardiff High School Ysgol Gyfun Glantaf invested in their first Regen Hydrachill.
Pupils designed their own graphics based on templates provided by Hydrachill ltd. Plus optional reusable bottles.
The pilot Regen Hydrachill proved so popular with pupils it received 7,000 uses in its first six weeks alone.
Such was the schools delight they subsequently ordered two more.
Viewing this sustained success, sister school Ysgol Bro Edern requested and commissioned two of their own in early 2026
Bro Edern join a pocket of schools in the South Wales area ‘in on the secret’ and now enjoying the benefits of Regenerated Hydrachills.

2. On order, we’ll help you develop customised graphics: Either:
- You provide us your school or company’s brand guidelines -logo and brand colours etc- around which we can provide a visual for approval.
- Or we can provide you with a clean template with guidance, for you to develop your own graphics.
- We’ll then organise a site survey if needed, followed by delivery, installation and commissioning..
- Our service and maintenance package, including filter change and sanitising, will be customised to your needs and budget.
